Cicero, later that very same night 'Gather up the wine and slags, I feel like getting nuts deep in Corsican slave fanny! Tell Bob he can't come, freeks me the fuck out him staring at me pounding away. Oh and whilst I remember slip us a fiver on Gaius in the 3:15 at Sardinia'

A shooting range in Wallasey has defended using an image of ISIS bride Shamima Begum as target practice at an airsoft shooting range.

Ms Begum left the UK for Syria in 2015 with her Bethnal Green schoolmates Kadiza Sultana and Amira Abase to join the terrorist group.

Her appeal to be brought home with her newborn baby has recently caused outrage across the UK.

Michael Jones, from Liscard, owns Ultimate Airsoft Range in the secret World War Two tunnels of New Brighton, with his partner Emma Saul.

It was revealed on today's Victoria Derbyshire that his range has been using images of the 19-year-old for people to use as a target.

A concerned customer passed on pictures of the target, which show at least 100 bullet holes in one image of Ms Begum.

It later transpired that there are numerous high profile figures being used as targets including Donald Trump and Margaret Thatcher.

Wallasey MP Angela Eagle condemned the site, where children as young as six can visit.

She said: "It is wrong to use real people as targets as it can be misinterpreted, I am disapproving of shooting people who exist."

In a statement, Ultimate Airsoft Range said: "The targets provide some fantastic reactions and conversations and allow people to have some lighthearted fun and bring out the inner child in us all.

"The targets don't always reflect personal opinions and we don't want to condone terroism.

"But after watching the interview with Ms Begum being interviewed, there was a lack of empathy that she had shown and we decided to listen to our customers and use them as targets."

Last month, Mr Jones was featured in the ECHO after he bravely fought off a gang of meat-cleaver wielding robbers who threatened to stab his sleeping baby during a terrifying raid.

Four masked thugs broke into the home of Mr Jones and Ms Saul in Liscard, Wirral, while their one-year-old baby slept upstairs.

The terrifying raid took place at 7pm last night, while Michael and Emma were in their home in Lathom Avenue.
