I'm fairly certain (i'm guessing!) that Nolan will use Catwoman as she is in Batman: Year One.

 

She'll be a hooker who see's Batman take down a villain near the start of the film (another Scarecrow cameo would be nice) and decides to don a costume herself.

 

Yeah I'd like to see this rather than the timid-girl turns psycho. Can definately see another Scarecrow appearance. My fave batman enemy, lots of potential. Anyone played Arkham Asylum? Where the scarecrow gases Batman and the corridor is slowly changing into the alley where his parents were killed - then the 100ft tall scarecrow. Fuckin' win.
