Like Durango has posted surely if there was to be a boardroom shake up he would have been on the list before Nash and Ayre.

 

Purlsow himself has said he is not an RBS employee/placement but there is more to the guy then meets the eye.

 

There was a comment in one of the papers which stated that Rafa not spending in January was not down to the owners.

 

It makes you think if its Purslow calling the shots regards the expenditure at the club.

Good points , he has his ideas on getting the stadium finance sorted in my opinion , thats his focus , hence all the penny pinching.

Where did you get this from mate? I previously thought things were bad, but this sentence means they're shambolic. A "qualification relating to going concern" means that the auditors are saying the company is likely to be liquidated soon because it cannot continue operating in the forseeable future. So unless there is a massive injection of cash, administration is on the cards.

You may be misinterpreting that release - or your paraphrase of it.

 

He was appointed to the board. He was also made Managing Director. The MD position is interim until a permanent appointment is made. Even after a permanent appointment is made and assuming its not himself he remains on the board.
