'What a difference a day makes'...

Glorious sunshine here but a little cold, walked the dog for 2 hours this morning and people were smiling, you know, because they were actually enjoying today instead of the pressurised bullshit of yesterday. People have today off too (well I don't), they eat good food, drink lots, see family and friends the same as yesterday and yet today is so much better, more relaxed and enjoyable.

You also have a load of sport today too.

Boxing Day > Christmas Day.

Absolutely beautiful outside here as well.

This morning we put on thick jumpers, scarves, gloves and hats and went ice skating hand-in-handnext to a castle, thus completing her list of things to do that make our Christmas look like it came straight off a Christmas Card. I should now have warned enough brownie points to get completely hammered watching the match.

Feel for you.

My Mum has said she will probably have to get hers put down in the next month or two.His quality of life is getting worse with his eyes and limp.

He was 16 last August and been around only a few years less than my brothers.Pretty devastated

So much for all this perfect Christmas malarkey. The weekend before Mr Champ came down with the lurgy. And now just as he is on the mend my haad hurts, my nose is stuffed and my tongue and lips feel like cotton wool

Tree down on the first.

Stores are replacing Xmas stuff with valentines stuff.

Yawn.

No messing about at yours there, Al!

The reaction I got when I suggested to No2 at teatime that the tree was perhaps past its best confirmed that there will be no break with tradition this time round. Again
