Yes, you’re correct, the player exchanged needs to be no older than five years than the incoming, you want to bring an older player in for a younger one, knock yourself out.

Yes , I think the transfer was pretty fair , but don't start me on why the draft wasn't organised by the points table order rather than the league table.
