That game showed Borini is not good enough, he was not clinical enough in the first half or creative enough against a team that is not even championship standard.

His goal a premier league standard keeper would have saved and dunns finish was more impressive, sell him now while we can get close to what we paid for him.

Oh do shut up.

Hes fully fit and was one of the only senior players playing yet didnt really stand out above the rest.

We do not need squad players who are considerably poorer then the ones ahead of them, we need players around the same level competing with our starters like chelsea and man city have.

His value is at a decent level now a year on the bench for us may change that, sell him now so we can put that money towards 4 or 5 top quality players who can push our starters for a first team place.

People seem to be blinded by his work rate and while I admire it I prefer technical ability ahead of it, Id take a sterling or coutinho over a kuyt or borini every time.

I think he proved his worth at Sunderland, and I don't think playing a meaningless post season friendly is going to take anything away from him.

He'll be gutted to not make the Italy squad, and just wants a holiday.

Funniest part was "not even championship standard"  They wouldn't even give a conference side a game.

That's rubbish. They are a good side. They are the most expensively assembled side over here. Not the best, mind.

"247 goals I've scored in my club career, and I've played for Holland 98 times. How? Just work rate. Yeah, just work rate."

Fucking hell. I was joking!

I didn't watch the game, so I wouldn't know if it was boring or not.

Repped for nice try, Tone.

Fucking hell. He was joking too. How was he to know you would throw a titty lip about it?

Aye.

There's a rep for you too, Aged P.

Not too bad for an end of season kick about.Ibe was impressive apart from the 3 sitters he missed.. Pity about the opposition though.Rovers are wankers as their muppet fans showed with their Gerrard song and booing YNWA.Good to see the old league of Ireland chip on the shoulder still going strong.

Be fair to them, it was the first time in over 100 years they've been briefly relevant.
