Depends on the offence, at least in the UK, although sex offenders are never allowed to work with the young or vulnerable ever again. 

 

When it comes to rehab, UK probation runs courses for offenders, but outside of that there is also SAA (and similar groups) and plenty of sex psychotherapists.

 

There is help for those who want it. The problem is people don't usually seek help till their lives and other lives have been wrecked.
