Jokes apart, this does make a little sense although De Gea is still shit. But the thought of Kelleher getting injured and Adrian in goal terrifies the fuck out of me.

I doubt we would be able to register a keeper. We still have a fit keepers both Adrian and Mrozek have been registered. Amd for Europe we loaned out keepers we registered for our B list. Again they'll look at that like the club screwed up. From memory a emergency keeper can be brought in if you only have one keeper available and any injuries have to be checked independently and not by the club. Even if Kelleher got injured we habe 2 keepers and if Adrian isn't deemed good enough he shouldn't be in the squad

Kelleher has done a good job, but we would have more points if Alison did not get injured and we would still be in the FA Cup.

He's the hardest to replace I'd say. Still a great keeper and years left at the top. 

 

Only negative is that he misses a chunk of each season through injury which means we need a very reliable backup.

Alison’s always had me nervous he’s never more than 5 minutes away from a fuck up. He had my nerves gone the year we won the league as he always seemed to make a stupid pass that would get cut out and lead to 10 minutes of terror. He fucked up a simple catch on Saturday which lead to them scoring a few minutes later. 
 

I was half joking when I said on here the other month than I felt we were more secure with kelleher, quansah and Bradley in the back line but since the big 3 have all come back we’ve fell off a cliff.

This is how perceptions work: every now and then, Ali will wrong-foot an attacker, keeping the situation under complete control, before passing to a teammate; but fans will shit themselves, because they want him to just twat it into the stands. And the memory of shitting themselves imprints itself more than the reality that there was nothing to worry about.  Then, the one time in a hundred that he tries it and it doesn't work, that's perceived as him always fucking up.
