Mignolets the worst, for a manager who likes to keep the ball at the back so much to buy a keeper so uncomfortable on the ball makes no sense, then there's also the long list of flaws Mignolet has.

 

I didn't pay much attention to Swansea when Rodgers was there but one thing I remember is vorm was their main signing when they came up and I remember Rodgers talking about how important it was and how hard they had worked to get a keeper comfortable on the ball like vorm, I have no idea what was going through his mind when signing mig.

 

Ward was very impressive when I saw him last season before he got injured, vocal, a good presence and commands his area.He looked like our most promising youngster to me and if he's back fully fit he should be put in until January.

I stand by my choice, Aspas and the Mig. They are relegation/Championship level max. Balotelli used to be a good player, I've watched him doing great things on the pitch, but not for Liverpool. Lovren is a mystery. Why so expensive, first of all. He was more expensive than Sakho, who is a French international, captain of his team which is owned by some multibillionaire and had no need to sell and arguably, whether you argee or not, he was world class potential.

Carroll was sold for £18m. Imo he was not that bad either. Dalglish is credited for signing a player that has evolved into the best striker in the world and was sold for £70m(he worths more imo) and took us back to the Champions League group stages.

Ward's just a kid in Premier a League goalkeeping terms and we are team that has lost as many games as we did in the whole of last season. Dropping him in at the deep end makes so sense at all.

It's a suggestion Rodgers knows the keepers better than me but on current form I don't think they can be worst than mignolet maybe even better! And with the potential to improve I'm all for giving youth a chance .

And it's a bit different to throwing lads in other positions we have options in other areas in this position we have one and he's as bad.

The old 'Rodgers doesn't want him/Rodgers doesn't rate him' card. So why didn't he make sure we got a keeper in in the summer then? There was a good market for good quality keepers far better than Mignolet and the price we paid for him. 

 

He'd worked with Mignolet for a year to know he was shit. And John Achterberg would turn Lev Yashin into Dimitri Kahrine within months anyway.
