The response to the charge from Forest and the Bloo Shite is telling...Forest we intend to co-operate fully and the Bloo Shite...blah, blah, blah about 500 words aimed at their own fan base.

I think this may turn out be a side show...777 have now got 3 sets of different legal proceedings going against them so it is hard to see how they will be approved as the new owners. 

Given that the Bloo Shite owe 777 ~£140m I reckon administration is a more likely outcome than any further points deduction from FSR rules
