Suspect pass defense got well and truly shown up last night. Not going to get any better with Jimmy Smith still out for a few weeks. Ladarius Webb looks exactly like you'd expect a corner who's torn both ACLs in three years to look. Tony Brown is a fucking tremendous player, though. Love watching him play.

 

In fantasy news, the Pandas have won three on the bounce and recovered from a difficult start. Think that's most of my bye weeks out of the window now, too.

You looked fine early in the game and battered Roethlisberger a few times but after the three sacks in a series the Steelers line started to hold firm.

Checked the scores at half time and thought I was safe.  Beckham had about 20 yards by then.  Not a good weekend for sport in the Jones household with the rugby league collapse as well as the round ball problems.

 

Second game I've lost by less than a point this season, too.  I could be sitting pretty at 7-2.

Typical of my trades that one! At least I got the other two as part of it but am now going to have to stream from the 5 shitty QB's that are on waivers for the rest of the season, and I have a tough run-in as well!

Not in the TLW league this year obviously but in the league my friends run I have had an unbelievable run of good luck.

 

I drafted Andrew Luck, Antonio Brown, and DeMarco Murray.  Oh, and Jimmy Graham.  And Calvin Johnson who's now coming back off injury.  And I got Lamar Miller off waivers early on.

 

It's borderline unfair.  9 weeks in I've outscored the second place team by almost 300 points total.  My mates are now constantly pestering me to ask for next week's lottery numbers.
