No, you said about questioning quality managers and thinking people know more than them. Ah, whatever.

Yes, managers, plural. It's possible for one great coach to err in judgement from time to time, but three (Klopp, Conte and Wenger) at once? Not so much.

I've seen him play for half a decade, I know what he brings. I'm referring to his contract situation and stand by it. It's money we needn't have spent had we been patient.

Fair enough, I admire your conviction.

Personally I'm just happy we're doing some business at long last.

£180k per week says they did, but I take your point.  I'm not arsed if they wanted him or not.  We did and we got him, that would normally be good news.

They fans didn't offer him £180k per week, mate. They couldn't give a shit about the guy and they're laughing at us over it. I guess we can just hope for the best, and as usual hope the ones being positive about the deal are in the right.

Fuck it. Let us be positive about this news, and trust that Klopp can turn him into the player he threatened to be before Wenger got hold of him.

He certainly showed what he is capable of when they first played him, injuries and bad form since have stalled his career. No doubting Klopp will get the best out of him, could turn out to be a shrewd signing in the current market, Johnny Evans will probably go for around 30 million, he's 29 and fucking shite. 35/40 mill (which ever it is) is a wee bit too much, but the transfer market is as mad as the World is heading atm.

I wasn't referring to their fans, I meant the club as a whole/manager.  You know, people who make decisions.

I'm laughing at them. 4-0.  Ta for the Ox.

One for the homegrown quota methinks, what with the likelihood that Milner, Sturridge and Flanagan will all be gone by this time next year. Even though he would be on a free next summer, I bet his contract would be twice as expensive as whatever we're offering now, as is usually the case with Bosman signings.

Please don't be shit!
