In some ways I'd say these treads are more interesting after a defeat, or a hard fought draw or win, than after an excellent win. Who will stand up and fight when we need it the most?

 

Too few obviously at Bournemouth, and clearly a weakness of our squad. We lack winners and winning mentality. Milner a clear exception and to some extent Lucas imo, but the latter mainly lacks the necessary quality of course.

We only have one, and that is Milner.  The others have either suspect mentality, and while Lucas has a winning smile, he is irrevocably associated with the least successful period for the club even in my lifetime.
