I scrolled through my IPTV and literally every football club has a dedicated channel. Absolutely insane. I remember having TV on a Saturday and being lucky to have anything on over 4 channels. Thousands now.

Yeh and at the risk of sounding like an old git, most of it is shite . Game has been milked to fucking death with every possible match being televised somewhere. We've now got Womens footie plugged to death so how long before they screen kids kicking around the local park or old farts walking football. The more there is the less I can actually be arsed watching.

Already been done mate at the end of the summer la Liga tv was showing a tournament of u13's football in Spain youth teams from most of the Spanish sides and a few from Portugal and France played 20 mins per half I think it was 6 a side, we will be able to go on bet365 (other sites are available) and place bets on u13 footy soon.

It’s become saturated, there’s only so many matches that will be worth sitting through. Must be a tough job for a commentator to keep trying to keep enthusiasm for some of the drivel. Either hard or insincere.

15 points behind Arsenal after 12 games....

I never thought I would say this but roll on that pile of shite in Qatar to get a month or so away from this fucking season.

Hopefully when it restarts we have a fit squad - some refreshed players and staff and we will be only a few days away from bringing in desperately needed reinforcements to the black hole that is our midfield.

Can't find the Tosack thread so stuck it here for anyone who might be interested in having a watch.

BBC have just done a superb little doc on Toshack whilst he was recovering from his Covid battle earlier this year. Nice to see Xabi Alonso appear amongst others from Liverpool/Wales/Spain. The old Liverpool footage never disappoints.

As the little clip from BBC Merseyside below shows it great to see Tosh still retains his sense of humour and genuine for the game. Watching this it's great to see the big man still alive after what he's been through this year tbh.

The peno against Coates tonight was horrific stuff and then Sadio turns into a volley ball player and the ref decides its a corner. They really need to sort handball nonsense out, no way does the punishment match the crime.
