Neanderthal England fans. The players did what they had to tonight - still not enough for the deluded masses. I fucking hate them. I REALLY must start watching them on mute.

I did just that and I'm just catching up on the furore on Sky. Hilarious.

I was watching the buildup on ITV and this family was interviewed. Lovely people but did not really seem to be that fussed about the game or the day out. They all had brand new England shirts with numbers fro #7 to #11 or something.

Seemed a bit fake to me. Rent-a-fans? Do the FA have some scheme for matches that arent attractive to the average fan or am I being downright cynical here?

I mean would this nice family go to a England-Kazakhstan game under normal circumstances?

I know they've got to get their money's worth out of Nu Wembley but these games should really be taken around the country.

It should be a warning to all though. We have our own tourist fans. That's fine. They spend money and it's spreads the club name further. But they have to be kept in a very small minority or "fans" like this will take over our club game too.

Agger just scored for Denmark, penalty, the Danes leading 2-0 against Malta

Agger ruled hard yesterday. Got the penalty, took it superbly and displayed supreme confidence through out the game.

He even tried to do an Alonso by shooting from his own half but it was well overhit.

Agger is an absolutely amazing defender and I can't think of a better 23 year old centre half in the world. Wouldn't swap him for anyone.
