The best part is that 17 year old Gerardo Bruna will be coming up behind him and he's suppose to have superstar potential.

Haven't seen anything from Bruna to justify the hype, Nemeth and Pacheco are the real deal though.

 

I got crazy odds on Hungary to win this, guys were offering 25 and 30 to 1 before the tournament started. At the moment I stand to win €1500 if they win it. Think I might lay some of it off though.

I've heard that two or three times but with the public tongue lashing Madrid gave us for 'stealing' him... I'd have to assume that he's going to be at least the skill of a squaddie if not a first teamer.

 

Of course, this is all based on the situation and not on anything I've seen of the lad(which isn't very much at all)

I can't remember reading any quotes from them, I just remember the press calling him Real's Messi, which is what they tend to do, associate a young Argie kid with another young Argie kid. I've not seen much myself, but in the 4 or 5 reserve games he featured in and the 2 or 3 underage Spain games I saw all he did was float about looking lost. He does have great set pieces though.

 

I'm not writing him off, he might have just struggled to get to terms with the game over here. I'm just saying he's not as much of a cert for me as the others, he'll probably improve this season, I imagine they'll try and give him more reserve games.
