So, yet another must win game.

I'd go for the same starting line up again but I know Rafa won't.

I'm sure Sami will be rested for Hobbs. I'm also quite sure Torres won't start.

Hopefully Alonso is ready for at least 60 minutes.

Reds to win 2-0, Kuyt & Babel

Torres Kuyt

Go out all guns blazing. Get the game won (i.e. be two goals or more up by the hour mark) and then bring Torres and Gerrard off, with one eye on the Man City game.

This is a valuable three points up for grabs. Let's take them.

We rely on Torres so much i would not want to see him rested until the game is won but i do feel that we are strong in the midfield department so it wouldnt surprise me to see Gerrard rested.

Lucas is not as good as Gerrard obviously but i do rate the young lad and i think he is more then capable of coming in and doing the job alongside either Mascherano or Alonso.

You are saying that Rafa should get criticised if he puts a team out that can win, but doesn't.

If he puts out a less than full strength team and doesn't win he will be slated and rightly so, if he puts out a full strength team and doesn't win that would be more acceptable. At least he won't have handed Derby the points as he did with Birmingham, Portsmouth and Reading.
