Adrian, Tsimikas, Quansah, Gomez, McConnell, Clark, Elliott, Koumas,Danns and whatever other two players aren’t completely wrecked.

Eliott must play on Wednesday, He just played 120 mn and we need him Saturday.

I reckon a few senior players will play as some senior kid like euh Danns / Mc Connel / Clark and then the reals kids nobody knows ….

Jurgen might need to knock his training routine on the head and lower the intensity in matches for a bit . The players are getting absolutely spaded out there

Yep, training regime definitely responsible for gravenberch and Endo today

How great is it to be a LFC supporter?

Judging from Klopp´s comments there will be a LOT of changes for Wednesday. I would say all of Endo, Diaz, Gravenberch (of course), van Dijk and Konate will all be given a rest. Possibly Elliott and Gakpo too.

I imagine something like:

———————-Kelleher———————-

Bradley—-Quansah—-Gomez—-Tsimikas

——————-MacAllister———————

————Clark—————-McConnell—-

—-Gordon———-Danns———-Gakpo (no idea what our other options are here)

Hopefully Southampton are looking ahead to a key league game away against Birmingham (they need to win to keep up with Leeds in the chase for promotion).

I would really like us to win on Wednesday, but we need to be careful with our few remaining attack-minded players.

I think that will be pretty close to the team Klopp chooses, but I don’t want to see MacAllister or Gakpo involved.

What is up with Gordon? I did not see him involved today. Has he fallen down the pecking order or is he too injured?

You are not the brightest are you?

The injuries are due to accumulated fatigue. The players train like they play these days, its not 1986 where they shoot at boards of wood.

Gravenberch, jota and jones were all unfortunate, everyone else is muscle injuries which is from over exerting.

Saintsweb forum have labelled their match thread Liverpool vs The Quadruple Slayers. Sounds like a challenge.

Not as catchy as Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Strongest team available, like it always should be. Worry about other shit at a later date, imagine being pipped to the league and not having an FA cup final to look forward to because we sacrificed it for the league. Madness.

Have to disagree strongly with this.

The squad is on its arse, we have to be pragmatic here.

The league is the one we want to win.

Agreed. As lovely as it would be to win the FA cup, imagine going with the strongest team (especially playing those who ran themselves to the ground yesterday) and losing couple of more players. It will truly fuck up the league for us.

I have no idea why people are saying we should play Adrian here.

Kelleher

Bradley (a big risk)

Gomez (c)

Quansah

Tsimikas

McConnell

Clark

Koumas

Gordon

Danns

Gakpo

Maybe Mac Allister is able to play as well, but wouldn't risk him. Bunch of kids on the bench, possible good chance for Nyoni, Kone-Doherty, Scanlon etc.

I hated seeing training regime let it's full weight drop on Jota's knee with no attempt to break it's fall.

I suggested Adrian for this one. Purely as I’m now terrified of Kelleher getting injured too.
