Presumably some time in the late 80s...when there wasn't one...so...never?

Suarez, Coutinho, Sturridge, Mascherano, and Maxi Rodriguez were all signed in the January "Absolutely no value to be had here" window.

As were Arbeloa, Skrtel and Agger for a combined total of £18m. Or one Glen Johnson.

The one where we swapped El-Hadj Diouf and Patrice Luzi for Crouch, Reina and Momo?

That was solid business.

With a few obvious exceptions, our dealings have been largely awful since we signed Robbie Keane in the summer of 2008.

Guerreiro is not of interest to Liverpool and they have not submitted an offer. #lfc (Melissa Reddy - GOAL)

Leicester City's Ben Chilwell is the priority target at left-back, with the Reds escalating negotiations. #lfc (Melissa Reddy - GOAL)

Not sure. We also signed Itandje, Voronin and I think Plessis that summer.

I thinks that's a different window.. I recall us signing Nando and Babel at the same time, and was super excited... El Niño and new Henry...

How good did we all think Plesis was gonna be after that debut against Arsenal. He was outstanding. Mind you so was Robinson against Arsenal
