You are fucking dumb outright.

What does he do in training to practice patterns of his presses? Put traffic cones down and tell players to remeber thats where they should stand?

They will practice those presses over and over so that muscle memory kicks in. Which means players have to sprint and execute them to learn them. These are elite athletes, its not the 80s with steak pies and muddy pitches.

Dumb as fuck on here some of you.

You do know he's from Runcorn right ?

One more word and you'll be getting a leveller outside Frailers

Maybe to drum his ideas and tactics into newbies as early as possible, let them know how he wants them to play first and foremost, get them involved with the rest of the squad as early as possible, and get them as fit as possible too.

So a combination of numerous things?

Mate; Can you leave the rational; sensible answers at the door. There is no need for that response on this thread.

Thanks.

Good point. It would be such a shame if the Youth Cup run came to an end because of a depleted team. I expect Danns , Koumas and Neyoni to all be involved tonight and therefore miss tomorrow’s match …. which will be a tough game as Leeds beat our kids 4-1 earlier in the season. Much of this is down to zero protection from referees, with three seniors injured in the last couple of weeks alone through clumsy or shithouse challenges by opponents.

Can Jay Spearing not lead them to Victory on his own?

You are 100% right. They will practice pressing; over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

BUT THEY WONT BE DOING IT AFTER 120 MINS OF FOOTBALL WHEN THEIR BODIES HAVENT RECOVERED. - Leave the sarcasm and the infighting to the blues ffs.

So you've just answered your own question. Thats why the injuries happen because they press in training like they do in matches which was the point I was making.

Of course they will get rest, but it makes them more susceptible to injury having to adopt Klopp's philosophy.

Literally, what the fuck are you on about?

We press like we press in training so we can match the intensity in a game. Our training sessions are shorter than average session (sure Lijnders said they were c.45 mins).

Unfortunately players get injured. The Trent, Mo & Szoboszlai injuries are annoying because it’s the same ones they originally had.

Its the same as it’s been since Klopp came in, he’s not going to change it in the last weeks of his reign - we’ll train less, we’ll still do it at the same intensity.

Have you ever wondered if it’s not the other people on the forum who are dumb and maybe it’s you?

If you run into a dumbo in the morning, you ran into a dumbo.  If you run into dumbos all day long, you’re the dumbo.

Similarly if you keep running into racist crows all day, chances are you're Dumbo.

It's almost impressive the way you bang on stupidly, while calling other people stupid.

Not sure about VVD and Elliott. Both played the full 120 on Sunday. The latter ran himself into the ground. Maybe we could get away with 45 mins and sub them, but it seems a risk.

Insightful. You should tell Klopp he’s been doing wrong the last 9 years.
