Look on the bright side. If he hadn't of slipped, Rodgers would have won the league, not got sacked and we wouldn't have Klopp.

I know its bang on on Stevie but it worked out for the best.

Ughhh "hadn't of", weren't winning so wouldn't have won the league, palace 3-3

This is a fucking disaster. Everton were 5 points adrift in the relegation zone ten minutes ago, and now they're going to be a point clear. It's all Chelsea's fault, losing last week is by far the worst thing they ever did.

That should be the end of him ever being in consideration for the Liverpool job now though. Though he can redeem himself vs City

Absolute fantasy to think he could succeed Klopp. Thats United, Ole territory.

He needs atleast another 10 years of continuous management and success to even be considered.

Sickening isn’t it. Genuinely started to believe they’d flush

Same here. I'd convinced myself all season there was no chance they'd go down, that they'd find a way clear, and then in the last few weeks I'd allowed myself to believe that we'd finally get rid of them. It's a major disappointment, to say the least.

What did I miss? Did something happen in the Burnley v Villa game regarding Gerrard?

There’s absolutely no question that Everton are entirely safe now. Less than zero chance of them finishing below both Leeds and Burnley.

Agreed. They've fired their way up to...checks notes...18th.
