Why would that even be a thing? I'm sure you're right, but why would it be a thing? So fucking stupid.

I don't really understand it, either.

 

If he has assurances in writing about starting, then that means someone else is not starting. If you think about it a little longer, it also means that we wouldn't be able to play certain formations, Can is terrible in a midfield 2, for example.

 

Now if someone is deciding who does and does not play and what formations we can and cannot use, then aren't they the de facto manager of the team?

50m for Kyle Walker, 49.2m for Mendy, and 27m for Danilo? Fuck sakes.

 

Didn't they lose two in Zabaleta and Clichy though?

 

And looking at Wikipedia, the fullbacks they've just bought are the only ones they've got, so they must have been short before.

 

ETA: I tell a lie. They had some spanish lad Maffeo who's a right back. I can only imagine he'll be off out on loan.

Revolutionary. It'll never catch on. Not with FSG anyway.

Seen as Pep tries turning his fullbacks into some sort of hybrid centre midfielder why does he need so many? I can't remember him at either Barca or Bayern having 4, I say quality but really mean expensive, fullbacks.
