They can't score without the ball.

 

I hope we play a high line, I'd rather Bale was running with the ball at Reina under pressure than running behind the midfield and at Crragher or Agger, if you follow.

 

Lots of sweeping for Reina, make them play the ball over the top.

 

No, I don't. Please explain how him continually being one on one will be better for us?

Reina , carragher , agger , johnson , enrique , lucas , gerrard , downing, coutinho , suarez , sturridge

 

I think it will be this, I prefer Henderson to Downing and think Jordan can be an important player for this team but can see why Brendan would want some natural width, just hope he doesn't bottle it, he has been decent recently against Mediocre teams but I still don't have confidence in him to show up against the better teams

Happy with that line up.

 

Think the idea will be to get spurs away from their normal game where they are quite high with their defence, and force their midfielders down further and tus force their counters to start from a deeper position. As well as this will probably be our best line up from an attacking point of view.
