"Gaddafi's love of the Toffees is said to have begun when Everton visited Libya on tour in 1979. The dictator was so impressed he immediately changed the Libyan national side's kit to all-blue, and rewarded each of Gordon Lee's side with a luxury Arabic carpet."

Robert Mugabe was so impressed with Everton on a preseason tour of Zimbabwe after they gained independence he likened them to his own country.

He then spent the next 30 years blaming Britain for absolutely everything that went wrong in his country and brainwashed all his followers that they were responsible for all their woes whilst running the place into the ground.

The blue half were not to be left out. While researching his bookThe Last of the Hitlers, David Gardner was called by his business partner who had just received a letter from someone, "some guy says Hitler lived next door to him in Liverpool and they used to go together to watch Everton at Goodison Park. It goes on and on about how he converted Adolf from liking Liverpool when he first came to Britain."

Bitter woman in work was screaming into her phone at her husband who i think supports liverpool. She is flapping because she has agreed to be her mates kids godmother on the Sunday the semi finals are on. She's in a proper dilemma and will go ballistic if they play on the Sunday.

This is a woman in her early 40's who stormed out of the office in a huff and wouldnt speak to anyone for the rest of the day because someone wrapped her secret santa present in LFC wallpaper.

This is exactly the mentality though. Middle aged people acting completely irrationally over nothing. Won't even say the word Liverpool. It's a wonder they recognise red lights when they drive.

If you've ever driven through Liverpool you'd see that most don't.

Why do you think Goodison wasn't bombed in WWII. Goehring was a season ticket holder before hostility broke out. Himmler was something similar.

At least know we know why Hitler sacrificed Germany's chances of winning the war - he wanted to crush the Red Army.

Alternatively, just imagine the fyuuuuume if they lost another semi to an 86th minute Andy Carroll winner.

[insert picture of sad-faced women, here]

They might invite Camila Batmanghelidjh to sit with the owner this time, instead of Judi Dench.
