20 years of being in Afghanistan for it to fall apart in a matter of weeks and 453 British lives lost for nothing.

The Families of those service personal killed in Afghanistan must be going through hell knowing their deaths were ultimately for nothing.

Shame on all involved.

Couldnt the case be made that most conflicts are futile and could be avoided if there was a will?

If conflict cannot be avoided then there needs to be strict rules in place that all sides must agree to before a shot is fired in anger.

The most important is as follows:

All conflicts (big or small) must be played out by the KFC on County Road and arranged via TLW.

I bet the senior execs of Toyota have got mixed feelings about all of this. On the one hand, it’s a cracking advert for their pick up and you don’t see many Discoveries, range rovers or Kia’s bouncing around the dusty plains with a machine gun welded to the back becuase they wouldn’t last a week. On the other hand, their product is mainly being driven by mad mysogonists with values from the dark ages. I think Toyota should cut out the middle man and add an anti aircraft gun to the list of optional extras.

So are most Discoveries and Range Rovers.

Ha ha, maybe. Not Kia’s though, they’re bought by gullible pensioners and fall apart within 50,000 miles. My father in law has had 3 now in 10 years now and keeps falling for it. They wouldn’t last a week in Afghanistan.

There seems to be no local resistance at all, no digging of trenches, road blocks etc. Everyone looks resigned to it. The message to the Taliban is that you can do what you want now and nobody will oppose you. There are already reports of atrocities being committed against women.  We are condemning millions of women to a shit life probably for decades now. Gilliad from the Hand maids tale actually happening in the 21st century. Its fucking awful to watch.

We should have invaded Saudi then, the economy would be booming with petrol 10p a litre.

If you watch the video I posted you will see how complicated the whole country named Afghanistan is. Borders decided by the West and bearing no resemblance to how the tribespeople live and travel is a major part of the problem. I suspect, but its just a guess, that like Isis The Taliban are more than one entity and are a whole group of different factions united by similar interests. To understand the country we'd have to stop thinking like Europeans.

Afghanistan has been stitched up. There is no way I believe the USA did not know this would happen after they withdrew. Taliban have taken over without any resistance whatsoever. I'm convinced there was a deal in place with the USA to enable the Taliban to return. The Taliban have probably given assurances that they won't support international terrorists and won't stop Chinese and Western companies from operating out there, and that's good enough for the USA.
