I've voted labour all my life

If there was a general election tomorrow I'd genuinley vote green

Same. I’d still vote Labour but it would be the closest I’ve ever been to not doing so.

If I did give my vote elsewhere, I’d vote Green as well. As it is, I’m still hopeful that Labour can find their way towards being a credible opposition with policies I truly believe in.

He’s getting a right old heckling. Dealing it with ok. Of course, he needs more than words to heal the divisions in the party.

Yep, getting very dicey this. Not a good look at all for Labour. Fuck sake

You missed the Blair and Kinnock years?

This is horseplay in comparison.

Listening to this speech we could be back in the Blair years.

Compared to what is on offer now from the Tories, that’s Utopia.

Managed to catch the Education, Care and economic growth elements of his speech. Can’t see anything wrong with any of that.

The mental health stance is one I am right behind. And especially in schools.

I can't even take him seriously any more. He lied to become Labour leader and what he's saying now is probably a pack of lies to become PM. Even if a lot of what he's saying is true though, it's his other plans, what he isn't telling us that'll be the problem. I was reading what he'd been saying on the Guardian for a bit then I wondered what the point was and closed the page.

Looking forward to having my vote wasted at the next election (I'd vote Green in David Davis' constituency), the trade unions seem fine with that too after their vote against PR here so that's also great.

This post turned out more depressing than I thought it would too, UK politics sucks.

Well, we've got a PM that lies and got voted in because he lies. Maybe Starmer is on to something now.
