And why was Stevie last man ?  Says it all really

Was Gerrard more likely to slip than a defender?

Passes to the last man are made all the time in modern football, especially by the top teams, and the willingness to take that risk has increased further since then. Now even the keepers are used frequently. Are there tactics, used by Guardiola and Klopp, wrong? Or will they be wrong only when the inevitable mistake occur sooner or later?

We've had midfielders as the deepest player in possession loads of times. It's a common tactic, allowing the CBs to split, and the fullbacks to get higher up the pitch.

Mistaking a Kiwi for an Aussie, mistaking a Hawaiian for an Aussie too and not watching football properly all in one day?

I'm fuckin' shite.

Gerrard shouldn't have been on his own was my point. Doesn't matter now and as I said earlier its been done to death already. Different perspectives are a bummer

Get in Celtic. 4 nil and Weah with his 2nd goal in 2 games since signing. Could have had a hat-trick after coming on but hit the post and the keeper pulled off a brilliant save.

Oh and get in Steve Clarke and his Kilmarnock side for beating them mutants.

Speaking of Stevie, if his Rangers team don’t score twice in these last seven minutes then I’m going to be down £10 and that’s unforgivable.

He’s dead to me.

At a guess I would either say that you've just seen the highlights of the Chelsea game or Rangers didn't score 2 goals.
