A little part of the city’s colour extinguished.

Sad news this. The crazy old soul who used to play all the awful music in town has died. He was that bad he was funny and become somewhat of an icon in the city. Shine on you crazy diamond. You will be remembered. He was boss him. R.I.P Pete.

They've had this wooden pirate ship for kids in Crocky park, the other night some cunts have burnt it down. Summer holidays and all. Some horrible fuckers out there.

A few people have claimed that it was started deliberately/recklessly by some scrotes arseing about with a lighter.

This photo would seem to verify that it started internally, on the upper deck.

This is a bit mad too.

I got stuck in it the other week in an Uber and had to spin round and cut through by the Spire. Wasn’t that deep, thankfully. They need to do something to sort it out.

The BBC reporting was very sketchy

Apparently the water was 15ft deep down that mini valley towards the bridge in Mossley Hill, they’ve driven into a wall of water basically. Awful.

They had a local on Radio Merseyside earlier who said it's always been a problem but never that bad. We have had a few mental flash downpours over the weekend but a burst pipe added to that and it's a nightmare. Poor people though, heartbreaking.
