Review of the postmaster scandal due to be published tomorrow. Hideous case where over 700 people were accused of stealing money and hundreds of lives ruined by jail sentences or financial punishments. The worst aspect is that it appears that from early on the Post Office and the computer people, Fujitsu, were well aware that there were software glitches with the Horizon IT system, but worried more about their reputation than the people whose lives they destroyed. You will be massively surprised to hear that nobody from the Post Office or Fujitsu has suffered any consequences, and the main PO bitch received a large payout and pension when she had to go early as a result

Absolute scandal, that Roger. It was clear there was either a major system defect here or, people hadnt been properly trained how to use the system. All the evidence points to a system defect and Fujitsu and the Post Office hung people out to dry. Some even took their own lives. Truely despicable.

I'm pretty sure that Sammy who was on here said his sister was one those accused, that was about 5 years ago, bad shit that.
