A couple of hours ago Fuckity McFuckwit told reporters flying with him in Air Force One that he knew nothing about the $130k payment to her by his lawyer. Effectively meaning he could not be party to the non-disclosure agreement his legal team say was in place. Her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, is metaphorically licking his lips on Twitter.

 

We very much look forward to testing the truthfulness of Mr. Trump's feigned lack of knowledge concerning the $130k payment as stated on Air Force One. As history teaches us, it is one thing to deceive the press and quite another to do so under oath. #searchforthetruth #basta

Do you not think the whole political establishment, democrats and republicans, would have done something to get rid of him by now.

He is totally undermining the status of President. Rumours of Kenedy shagging Marilyn are one thing and understandable but getting brasses to piss on beds and call girls is another. His conduct is beyond what would be acceptable as a deputy manager in Farmfoods never mind the leader of the free world.

Republicans won't get rid of him while they retain control of Congress and the Senate, and as long as they get all those policies they are highly in favour of, such as tax cuts for the rich. Democrats would have set into motion plans to get rid of him immediately if they'd had any sort of majority. Until Trump's base and the GOP start feeling the adverse effects of his presidency directly, they won't do shit.

Yep, he's a battering ram and a lightning rod at the same time. The kind of stuff he's implementing, rollback of environmental protections and Obamacare, as well as banking regs plus huge tax giveaways for the wealthy as well as this 'infrastructure project spending' which will probably end up in Halliburton's back pocket are a Republican wet dream, yet by and large he's taking most of the heat.

 

The fact they don't care if he was put there with help from Russia shows how the country has become so enamoured with money that its democracy and patriotism are actually for sale, to the point where they'll actually throw entire American institutions like the FBI on the bonfire in order to keep up the pace of the financial land grab. It's distressing and grimly fascinating in equal measure.

Our relationship with Russia is worse now than it has ever been, and that includes the Cold War. There is no reason for this. Russia needs us to help with their economy, something that would be very easy to do, and we need all nations to work together. Stop the arms race?
