I know what you mean Stringy, but I'm not too sure there's much more that can be done for the man.  The fact is he's been through rehab more times than most, and abstaining simply has to come from within.  He just cannot do it.  The tragic part is there's a massive part of him which so clearly desperately wants to, and thats very distressing to see.  It must be absolutely horrendous for his family and those friends who have tried to help.
