As a kid i was taken to see Russ Abbott in panto and got the biggest (and prob only ) laugh of the night when he was trying to learn how to count how fingers he had and due to him having his hands in his pockets he said '11' so i shouted at the top of me voice 'hes counted his willy'.

Me mother has never forgiven me to this day but at least everyone laughed.

I was introduced to and briefly spoke to Alan Williams ( Beatles manager in the hamburg days ) at the white star.

My girlfriend is first cousin to norwegian actress Elin Sogn ( and she is quite hot). The norgies will know who she is.

I wrote a magnificent piece ( The heroes of Munich ) for the wonderful TLW website.

And i have sent and recieved pm from the hugely talented Tom Ross of Frankie Eisenhower.

And i have also met Dave Usher ( or maybe it was Milan Baros or Chris Coleman, not entirely sure )

On the way back from an FA Cup replay against Brighton at the Goldstone Ground back in 1991, I stopped off at the services for a piss with my dad. When we walked round the back of the services to where the toilets where, the team coach was there and I got a thumbs up from Steve Nicol, Ian Rush and Johnny Barnes.

I was only 8 or 9, and as you can imagine I was made up. When I got into the bog and started having a piss, things got better though as the fella next to me said, 'are you gonna get up for school in the morning?' I looked up and it was Brucie Grobelaar! I said, 'course not' and he laughed and rubbed my head before getting back onto the coach.

It ruled.
