Got to admit, I'm getting nervous.

There are hundreds of thousands of votes in Pennsylvania yet to be counted, but only 91,386 of them are in Philadelphia which isn't enough to turn it around.

That and the likelihood of Arizona going to Trump is making it squeaky bum time.

No need to be nervous, Biden has won, it’s just a matter of time.

They’ve realised you’ve served your purpose and they’re cutting you loose, you stupid little fucknut. In two years time MAGAs will have gone the way of the tea party and they won’t even remember who you are. If they ever knew in the first place.

450k yet to be counted and its trending in Trump's favour. CNN haven't called it yet.

Although to be fair, the votes yet to be counted seem to be in mostly blue counties.

The votes from Maricopa will favour Trump but Pima will probably be enough to keep Biden ahead.

Trumpie Bear needs to get about 60% of the outstanding votes and AZ just elected a Dem Senator - cannot imagine there would be many people who would split their ticket voting Trump and Dem for Senator

U.S. Sen. David Perdue has fallen below the 50% mark in Georgia. If this holds, he will face Democratic challenger Jon Ossoff in a runoff.

So that gets the senate as a whole back into play?

This new left guy lost today despite having won the debate.

This is not a dig at you but a dig at were people are so intrenched that the debate or the person or the policies don't matter.

Trump (hopefully) losing is obviously a good thing but no other positives I can see today, apart from the odd blip.

I called it early, but happily I was wrong.

You don't need to lose to be a loser, he did lose but isn't a loser.

Be interesting to see the turnout for those runoffs as well. If Biden wins will the Republican vote be energised enough to turn out like they have for this election?

From a few hours ago;

If both of Georgia’s Senate races advance to runoffs, Democrats could take the Senate majority by winning both races and the White House.

It would be a heavy lift for Democrats to win both Senate races in the traditionally conservative state, as the extremely close presidential race in Georgia demonstrates, and Republicans are still very likely to maintain control of the Senate.

But Republicans’ chances of success in Georgia may be tied to whether Donald Trump would still campaign for their candidates if he becomes a lame-duck president, as an Atlantic writer noted.

f Biden wins and control of the Senate comes down to those two Georgia seats, GOP hopes of winning them/the majority will likely hinge on whether a defeated Trump would invest himself into turning out his voters in races where he’s not on the ballot and wins won’t benefit him
