There a place down here called Cricket that does an Indian flavoured Sunday roast and it is genuinely amazing. Herb crusted lamb or chicken, a little garam in the goose fat for roasties, veg done in interesting ways and a spiced gravy. Sounds horrific, but they’ve absolutely nailed it.

Have a go at Jamie Oliver's empire roast chicken. Sounds similar and is great.
