pkelso: Mill Financial approached Premier League yesterday seeking approval under owners' and directors test.

pkelso Paul Kelso

Prem declined to put Mill through O&D test without direction from #LFC board. "We will continue to take direction from board"

So for the first time the PL are helping us then, if they refused this yesterday, they'll refuse it today as well, feeling a little bit better now.

Doesn't matter. RBS apparently blocked it.

Lets bear in mind the cunts sued RBS for £1 Billion yesterday, I can't see them doing any business with them.

No it doesnt help and neither does your panic.

We dont know whats going to happen but we are not going to get bullied by some Texas Ranger cunt on a powertrip.

We are going to stand tall and stay fucking positive to the end of our days, be it today or 100 years from now.

We are going to fight tooth and fucking nail for Liverpool FC and what it stands for.

Its the Liverpool Way.

Panic is far far far more valid in this case, unless you've been in a coma for 3 years. I'll be positive when this scumbag and his mate are out of our club. As it stands, they're killing it. And being positive on an internet messageboard doesnt change that.

A court of law in the UK, where the club is registered, has concluded that the deal that was made a number of days ago - a legally binding deal - was conducted in the proper manner and that those who took the decision acted well within the law.

Once any restrictions are lifted, I really don't see how that deal can be undone.

SSN: Brian Swanson is in full buffoon mode. 'I asked Mr Henry repeatedly if he was confident, but he DID NOT ANSWER!' What you did Brian was shout at the back of his head as he went into the building.

Brian Swanson is a fucking twat with an arsehole's voice and a mouth that should be illegal.

Wow, what a fucking clown. Can't they just take the hint at the second ask if there's no reply? Idiots.

Whereas panicking on one does? Nothing has changed since the minute that the judge ruled in our favour the first time (which is was obvious he would) everything since then is just a twist and turn, the destination has not changed once. Ask any non media based expert who has the ass to tell you and they'll confirm there's only one way this can end.

Agreed hence the word binding contract being flown about...whatever Hicks done after that is invalid.....

.....he wanted the injuction to buy himself more time to get his shares to Mills, then Mills overnight goes to the FA as the new onwers.

Doesnt work like that son....
