Anyone who drives in the wrong lane all the way up to the front then turns their car slightly into the lane they should have been in but were too much of an impatient twat to wait in. 

 

Saw one twat woman this morning do it in town virtually pushing her car in between two so the driver behind her had no choice to let her in.
