Apparently Trapattoni is on the verge of becoming Irish manager with Brady as translator/assistant (they worked together at Juve), according to reports this morning.

 

68 years old, but with seven Serie A titles would still be a massive, massive coup, especially when Venables is still being touted.

 

Some great stuff in this rant from his Bayern days, including some high praise for Didi in the middle.

after all the horrible links weve had in the last few months, this could be a worker, paddy agnew was saying in the times that trap is a bit of a combo of shanks, bill nicholson, and a dollop of jack charlton.

 

and if he brings brady on board, ill be a happy man. brady could be a great asset considering his role in youth development at arsenal.

 

lets be honest, youd have to need that "crazy like a fox" persona to deal with the fai.
