X- 5/10. Amazon 'Prime'.

Late '70s porno shoot goes horribly wrong on a Texas farm owned by a creepy old couple. I'm probably inured to this sort of film, but nothing about this stood out at all. The porn film scenes and characters were boring and then it just segued into the usual pick 'em off one by one slasher crap with fairly laughable gore. It seems to be critically lauded, and I've no idea why, Maybe it's due to nods back to other, equally dumb, dull films or there was some message about not ignoring sexually unsatisfied, deranged old women I missed. Apparently there are follow on films- a trilogy no less- but seeing as I repeatedly forgot the character that survived was still going, then they're likely to be as mediocre as this.

Even the old on young lesbian action is shit.

I might have seen too much porn, thinking back. Although I'm not sure that's possible.

Ever feel like you've completed the "british amateur" search? I was that bored looking the other day I settled on a Fake Taxi from about 8 years ago.

DISCLAIMER: All of the above was said for comic effect, I am not a wanker.. in that sense. Never. Dirty gets.

Lola Gatsby? No idea about British porn, it seems to be as rubbish as the rest of the country. I usually go for the lesbian anal prolapse vids, but the well is really running dry these days.

Victoria Summers in that car park. Very real.

No idea what you're on about there.

Them tagues, she's exactly the right kind of actress for this specialist operation.

Watched a couple of films back to back last night, waste of time.

Ouija - 2/10. Appalling really, not in the least bit scary. Ouija board? More like 'we were bored'. Haha, get it?

Don't Breathe 2. 3/10. I remember the first one being pretty decent so was hoping for much of the same, I was left disappointed, not good at all and instantly forgettable.

To think I was going to finally give Saving Private Ryan a go but was put off by the long run time but then end up watching these two turds.

How old are they, mate?

Depending upon their ages, I recommend The Box of Delights, a 1980s mini-series adaptation of the John Masefield novel. Some of the effects are dated but it’s still very good, in my opinion.

The wolves are running, Tony lad.

@Harry's Lad looks like it’s on either BritBox or the new ITVX.

Avatar the first one.

Never seen it before probably because I was a sneering film snob when it came out.

Watched it with the kids, as there’s a sequel out and holidays coming up.

I’d imagine it looked pretty amazing when it was released in 3D on a big screen, looked pretty nice on my moderately sized TV 13 years later.

The story is basically the battle of Endor with skinny blue ewoks. The ewoks had better guerilla tactics I have to say.

6/10

We've got the bluray of that with the extended versions on it and watched it again ourselves the other day.

Storywise it's a children's animated film called Ferngully - The Last Rainforest from the early 90's.

I enjoyed it tbh, it's not taxing and passed some time.

7/10.
