Another game where even as shite as they are we can't really choose to go under strength (although we may have no choice given injuries and kids have been good of course) - And they'll be revved up to fuck for us and full strength and will no doubt make it a shitty, horrible game.

It's their last chance of a trophy but just knocking us out will be enough for them. Pity it isn't at Anfield.

In some way away may work for us.

 

They'll have to have a bit of a go at home and especially against a weakened side.

 

Whereas at anfield it would be pure bus parking from the poor, plucky manc underdogs....

Agree. Playing them in the cup is like playing another British side in Europe, it’s always more than “another game”. 
 

IMO, the game their 3 weeks later is more important.

Makes me wonder if some of their earlier decisions to move kick off times were for different reasons.
