Agree with that. Problem for me is that I think the inverted fullback compounds our spacing issues. Trent gets the ball in the middle and there’s a big Trent sized hole on the right flank with no one from either team occupying it. So his options are to play it safe with to keep possession, try to carry it through a crowded center, pass it short through the same center or play the Hollywood ball. When you consider that it hasn’t seemed to actually improve our defensive qualities it’s very frustrating to say the least.
