His knee looked offside and I'm fairly certain we've had them ruled off for limbs above the foot.

We probably have

Its to close to legit call

One frame can make all the difference with these and you can tell when the ball has left the foot.

They just need to use a different system, the Dutch one sounds righty, more leeway for the attacker

I have no problem if they use set criteria but they don't, usually to our detriment.

I watched a few Leverkusen games towards the end of last season and Havertz looked like Zidane - tall, silky, never hurried, all the skills, plus, he had blistering pace.

Looks a shadow of that so for at Chelsea.

I remember reading Klopps plan for Werner was like Ox and Fabinho, blood him as the season progressed and have him at 100% for when Salah and Mane went to the AFCON.

We obviously have no idea how it’d have turned out for us but he certainly looks like a bull in China shop.

Zidane is a bit of a stretch

Whilst I don't expect anything from Newcastle tonight, City are due their now customary once-a-season loss to an awful team. It's coming, you just don't know when.

Back to back always against Everton and Chelsea after this one, and I’ll be concerned that they’ve found a resilience missing of late if they win both.

It might be some time before Carlo’s hounds of drudge get a better chance to defy their fans and upset a contender to Liverpool’s title.

Genuinely shocking that City are only one up after 15 minutes. That’s a huge victory for Newcastle.

Why? You know full well Bruce would rather surrender 3 points and save his players for when they can put in a lung bursting performance against us. That St maxim is supposed to be unavailable due to 'long covid.' What's the betting he faces us on the 30th?
