There’s a photo doing the rounds on Twitter showing a girl standing with her mother and surgeon. She’s topless and her arms clearly show self harm scars.  She’s showing off the scars after just having had her breasts removed.  Shes 13. I won’t share it as it’s horrible.  The surgeon is the one who advertises she’ll ‘yeet the teats’
