I liked Catch22 too, he had real brains. There were some outstanding political threads on here back in the day with the likes of him, Neil G and SD going at it. Great stuff.

 

It's odd that when he was here, his fixation with wages was ridiculed; now that he isn't, it's a pre-requisite for most debates.

 

Dave's probably more gutted than anybody he isn't here; he could have established a PPV forum for debates between Xeres and Catch22, and added yet another million to his sickeningly high net worth.

Catch22 was very good. A loss to the site when he went. Likewise isr.

 

The Chimp and Ian Garro were two more good men who jibbed it off too.
