Based on longevity and the American recordings I went for Cash but I love Otis too, horrible choice this one. Without the American recordings it's Otis.

Fucking hell, Otis didn't have longevity on account of him dying tragically young!

Otis generally doesn't get close to the respect he deserves.

Otis was so popular in England that he ended Elvis Presley’s eight-year reign as “world’s best male vocalist” on Melody Maker’s annual poll in 1967. When he arrived in England for his 1967 tour he was greeted by The Beatles’ personal limo

Otis Redding for me Clive, got to be honest I never really got Johnny Cash

I'll go further than that, I can't fucking stand his music. Those spoken sort of songs he did late in his career especially. Dross.

Otis was the fucking man.

If you want the tournament to be exciting people should be honest & I think he was a boring cunt.

Yeah of course I want people to be honest! Doesn't stop me being able to reply to such fucking tosh though.

Johnny Cash was a boring cunt.

I've heard it all.

That's now The Clash, Velvet Underground, The Doors, Bruce Springsteen and Johnny Cash on Mook's I can't-stand- their-music-list. Quite a collection. And I probably missed many more.

You have a good memory, I wouldn't quite put The Doors in amongst that other gaggle of shite though.
