When you look at the Manc wage bill it brings a tear to ones eyes. Luke Shaw on 150 grand a week, fucking hell. I also noticed they have conveniently left Sanchez off their list, despite the Mancs still stumping up most of his wages. Also Foden from City, 12 grand a week, best young player in the World don't ya know. 

 

As far as we go, we could trim the weekly wage bill by loads. Lallana is off anyway and that's 120 G. Shaq 80G, Clyne 70G, Origi 45G, maybes Ox as he's on 120G, Milner (saying that with a heavy heart) 140G. Karius 25g if we can shift him.

All joking aside - we paid what, 5mil for him at a time where he was seen to have some potential to be pretty good.

With a year left on his contract I don't think there will be a fee.

I thought Shaw had done them for more than that. Didn't he play about 3 good games just before mourinho got sacked and they gave him 200k+ per week?
