I honestly can’t believe some of the posts on here. I really must be missing something on the 2nd pen because I just don’t see it. What I do see is a diving cheating cunt.

And as for the “spurs deserved a point argument” yeah the probably did but it doesn’t work like that. If you want to go down that route and take actual scoring out of the game and just rate results on performance we would be comfortabely 2nd.

No it works on goals scored, we know. They got a point which I think they deserved.

All the decisions debate aside (not easy when they were so crucial, so debatable) how tired we looked in that 2nd half is a bit worrying and how our midfield was overrun in 2nd half is very worrying - Spurs are a good team but it was uncomfortable to see how much of the ball we allowed them/they won in that 2nd half.

Our best 3 in there looks to be unknown at the mo.

Apart from salah’s goals our front 3 were fucking dreadful in that 2nd half. They were miles away from the ball amd when it did get to them they either let the ball go past them with ease or make another terrible decision when they had it which lead to them flooding through our porous midfield with ease.

Mane needs serious pressure on his place as he’s phoning it in now

So from another site:

"Here, I looked this up, this is what the offside law, rule 22 says

Gaining an advantage by being in that position means;
- Playing a ball, that rebounds to him from an opponent, having previously been in an offside position.

Pretty scary neither ex players or refs have the slightest clue about basic rules."

I can't believe that people are saying that it's not a penalty when somebody tries to hoof it clear and kicks somebody in the back of the calf instead.

It's hilarious. It's a stonewall penalty. If it hadn't have been given for us, I'd be unhappy.

You wouldn't call it deliberate or even reckless, though. He's going for a ball that's there to be kicked and yer man from Spurs gets in the way.

Well, that would make it a foul and a penalty, wouldn't it? Kicking someone in the calf from behind who is positioned between you and the ball?

Agree. Firmino and Salah (Even thougj he scored 2!) have carried us most of the season so they get a pass. Mane to be dropped but we can't as we have fuck all depth.

Indeed.

Ne Mo Imya, you still here, lad? You've gone awfully quiet since those videos got posted.
