Jurgen Klopp on Sturridge: "There's no news really. He's still working; sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad."

Klopp: "He needs consistency in his sessions and that's what we are trying to do. Something isn't right if you are that often injured."

Klopp: "He (Sturridge) has done a lot of sessions in the last few weeks but they are always interrupted by different issues."

Klopp: "Everyone in this room knows Daniel better than me. There's no doubt about his quality. We have to work together on his fitness."

Klopp on Sturridge: "He cannot play tomorrow and for sure he can't play against Leicester."

Klopp on transfers: "We are always busy and checking possibilities. If something happens we will see. There's nothing to say."

Klopp: "I am fine with this squad. No problem. Only problem has been injuries."

Klopp: "Leicester had 3 days off, Tottenham were in Barcelona. We have been playing games and training."

Klopp: "I don't want a replay - I would like to win without a second game!"

Klopp: "It was an intensive game v Stoke. We broke all records for (distance covered). We cannot ignore this. We will not ignore this."

Klopp says Liverpool ran 156km against Stoke City. The inference being that their exertions will affect his team selection for West Ham.

Klopp: "The last two wins were great for us. It was a great experience. It helps in terms of becoming a better team."

Klopp: "We're good together, no problems between the players. They all like each other, they work hard."

Klopp on team selection: "It will be another young side. It will be a different team for sure. Some players covered 17km in that last game."

Klopp: "We will make changes but only because we want to win the game. Last FA Cup game v Exeter was great. The boys will give everything."

Klopp: "The team has shown in past few weeks that they don't give up in games."

Klopp: "The next time we are 4-3 in a game and concede, everyone will think 'ah, there is a possibility [to equalise]'."

Klopp: "To play every 3 days is difficult. What can I say? You say get a bigger squad. But you can't buy as then injured players come back."

Klopp: "Lovren is back, Caulker is available. Coutinho is close to returning to fitness, still doing rehab. Clyne is possible. Much better."

Klopp on Henderson: "He did really well for the team. Long-term injury and still having pain."
