Find one post where I've wished cancer on someone or shut the fuck up, you lying twat. Back your fucking claims up or fuck off. You are defo a banned poster and you've already been marked out on the MF.

You are often wishing death on people. You may not wish cancer on them, but it's all the same ridiculous, unfunny stuff. I'm guessing you think it's funny? You should pack it in, really.

Sorry for piping up 'n' all, but your indignation is misplaced here.

Aye, Lamela is an Argie isn't he?

I thought he was massively rated? Can't see us getting him at all, especially as he is virtually the same player as Coutinho. Only not as good, obviously.

I have never seen Lamela or Muriel play but I can safely say we should buy both of them if Suarez goes. Alonso back as part of the deal to supply the hockey assists.

Yep.

I don't see us signing him,he would cost a massive fee.I checked how much Roma paid last night.

On 6 August 2011, Lamela joined Serie A club A.S. Roma for a fee EUR12 million, plus EUR2 million bonus (which activated after his 20th appearance). Roma also paid an additional EUR3.2 million (to Orel B.V.) plus 10% added value if the player was sold above EUR12M and lastly tax to Argentina of EUR3.06 million

20.3ml euros and 10% of any fee will go elsewhere. We would be looking at 30/35ml euros surely.Far too much imo

I'm really unsure on wanting Alonso back.

He is great but I don't fancy a midfield of him and Gerrard to be honest. We have Allen who won't be going anywhere,Henderson gives us energy and he would be sold IMO.We need a physical presence in the midfield more than Alonso IMO.

Teams would cut through Gerrard/Alonso imo

Nah just get the rest of the team presding like bastards and have Xabi as the free man quarterbacking. He won't come back anyway so that post was a bit of jest really.

Ok

I'm going to say it again.

Our midfield is a pile of shit and needs a massive revamp.

Its full of players who aren't especially good at anything.

With the exception of Gerrard, who should be playing further forward anyway.

Hmmm' date=' not sure about that, i know he's rated by some but it's always tough to properly assess a keeper in a shambles of a team that's shipping goals. He seems a pretty good shot stopper.[/quote']

Yeah, oddly enough it's easier for a 'keeper to look better in a team constantly under the kosh. But, by definition, PL 'keepers will all be good shot stoppers.

Saying that, I couldn't judge a 'keeper if they all poked me in the eye.

It's a double edged sword - if they're constantly making saves they've got a chance to shine, but they're also likely to make mistakes and look complete divs.

I wasn't too bothered about replacing Pepe, but if we're changing CBs and our main goalscorer as well, it all seems like we're heading towards the inevitable "transition" excuse again for the start of next season.

But it actually won't be an excuse; it will be the reality, unfortunately. Our best players - who also happen to make up the spine - wanting out (or in Carra's case, retiring) is pretty grim and leaves us with no choice but to rebuild.

I really hope Luis stays. And Pepe, really.

Loads of negativity on here at the moment may I suggest a cure ? Just read that certain Herbs and Spices contained in KFC Chicken ( County Road Liverpool Branch ) when eaten with anger can suppress said anger and induce a state of calm and serenity.

Apparently the secret and little known Herb that contains the '' cure " goes by the Latin name of Attainus Serenitus or in English, Stop Flapping. I will be in County Rd KFC today between the hours of lightness and darkness should anyone require enlightenment.

Seek solace in the fowl. The meat shall inherit the earth.

If, from this article, a sum of 10M is being put on Reina's head (and I hope that's rubbish), and we're even thinking about Mignolet, won't Sunderland ask for more than whatever he's worth? After all, it's Liverpool and we have paid silly money to Sunderland in the past.

Yeah, but if there's one team that'd be easy to force your way out of this summer it'd be Sunderland. Di Canio's barking.

If we want to push the price down we just Ply Mignolet with a few beers and take a snap of him passed out in a casino dressed in an anti-fascist t-shirt.

May seem overly optimistic, but I reckon there's still a chance this happens.

And if it does, we could actually be a pretty good team next season. A backup LB and a really good CB to add to Aspas and Toure and we're most of the way there. Add a goalscoring midfielder and competition for Lucas and I reckon we might even be odds on for top 4.

Of course, having said that as Bab's Nad noted above we'll probably be replacing 5 starting players next season and we'll be 9th in November and talking about the difficulties in getting the new players to "bed in" all over again.

We do indeed a physical presence in our midfield. What happened to the Waynama talk?
