The chair of the commission, David Phillips KC, also referenced applications for financial compensation from current Premier League clubs Burnley and Nottingham Forest and last season's relegated sides, Leicester City, Leeds United and Southampton. Phillips said he was "satisfied that the applicant clubs have potential claims for compensation" - but noted the commission holds no "inherent jurisdiction" and it is instead "the role of the Premier League to bring and prosecute complaints".

 

 

 

So the independent commission has said that Leicester,Leeds, Southampton,Forest and Burnley all have potential grounds for compo. The rest of the league needs to say it won't pay on there behalf and it can't come out of premier league funds. Though personally I don't think Leeds,Southampton,Forest have any grounds. Burnley and Leicester will as both got relegated in 18th place and would have stayed up had this been sorted in a reasonable time frame.

These lot an are disgrace. Knowingly cheated the system in order to stay up at the expense of better run clubs whilst taking the piss out of the PL when they were trying to help.

Everton are CHEATS!

 

They have cheated all of their fellow teams.  Every one of the teams in the division.  Compromising the sporting integrity of the greatest league in the world.  Forever tainted.  Their name will be synonymous with CHEATING.  Like Ben Johnson or Lance Armstrong.  

 

They sat in those league meetings, their representatives looking around the room knowing full well that what they were doing was underhand, corrupt and devious.  Absolutely disgusting.  A complete disgrace to the great city of Liverpool.
