I used to love the Monkees TV show. It used to be on summer holidays morning kids TV in the mid 80s. You wouldn't get that now would you? You don't get 20/30 year old shows on mainstream telly these day. I used to love the Addams Family, Sgt Bilko, Looney Tunes cartoons, all that jazz.

The Banana Splits were boss as well.

Loads of repeats back then. 60s Batman, Batfink, The Munsters, The Flinstones, Roger Ramjet, Bewitched.

If you listen to ‘Out come the wolves’ and don’t skip at least 40% you’re a liar, and it’s their best album.

Some American punk classics, but a lot of filler.

Let's Go's my favourite and out of their first 5 albums I reckon Junkieman is the only one I would generally skip.

Was a complete Armstrong/Freeman fanboy in college. Rancid and Op Ivy on constant repeat.

Yes, but when you say Hank Williams, you don't think of him and his backing group, same as with other similar big names.

I often say you've got to listen to the band playing behind the likes of Elvis and Hank, I know what you mean though.

The bass in Tears of a Clown, the guitar and fiddle on The Lost Highway, loads of stuff that perhaps gets unnoticed as they're usually focused on the front man.
